I would of given this restaurant 5 stars, but getting there was awful!!! Whoever designed the path to get to the restaurant must be a designer for a speakeasy. Anyhu, Jasmine, my server was great. She was very attentive, and I was having brunch, and she quickly removed my used plates and checked on me. The selections were great. The gentleman at the omelet station was patient and made omelets that were very good, and I asked for egg whites, so that was a plus for me. There was also a seafood selection, fruit, charcuterie selections, and most importantly- Mimosas!!! I highly recommend this brunch. The views are spectacular and casual atmosphere

It's the view and the pancakes for me. We came here for Father's Day breakfast and it was good. Orange Juice was fresh squeezed, they had the brekky basics like scrambled eggs, pork & chicken sausage, bacon, oatmeal, an omelette station, cereal, etc. The pancakes are really good here but they couldn't keep it stocked fast enough. If you're afraid of heights, don't even think about it. You're so high up and surrounded by windows that it feels like you're one thin glass panel away from falling out. Ray was our server and he did a good job and kept our drinks filled and took our photos at the end. Definitely recommend brining out of towners here for a fancy breakfast experience that is uniquely L.A.!

Overall a 3.5star experience & rounded up bc it was better than I expected. We came here for a birthday for the view. Surprisingly the food was pretty good. It was better than your standard breakfast buffet joint. We had reservations at 11:30am on a Saturday so we had their sparkling brunch $57 pp which came with a glass of mimosa or champagne & they had other hot main dishes like salmon and a carving station with beef and porchetta. Other breakfast items were good as well & cooked to perfection. They also had a dessert bar in the back near the restrooms. Pros: 1. Food was pretty good 2. View was nice 3. Service was good for what it was Cons: 1. Expensive $57pp ended up being close to $80pp w tax and tip 2. It was hard to get to the restaurant and back to the car. You had to take multiple elevators and stairs to get to restaurant and also had to take an extra elevator to get your car back from the valet. 3. Valet was expensive. We paid like $16+ with validation. I would go again to celebrate an occasion. But maybe go earlier for their breakfast which is like $39... a more reasonable price.

Dropped by for breakfast on the 69th floor of the Intercontinental Hotel and feasted on all the food I could get my hands on. And let me just say, there are some great selections to choose from! THE FOOD ELABORATION. - The omelette station offers fresh ingredients and they have a few skillets going at the same time so the wait isn't too long. - I liked the assortment of cheeses and cured meats and probably spent too much time here. - Fruits are plentiful and ripe. Add a little yogurt for some contrasting tartness. - Pastries are perfectly portioned so you're not loading up on too much carbs. - There's pizza/quiche station which was interesting. The quiches are great, the pizzas, not so much. - Smoked salmon and cold eel are offered for the seafood lovers. Both are pretty good. THE DRINKS DRUNK. - They offer a drink station so we filled up on juices such as grapefruit and orange. We also had a carafe of coffee at our table. THE VIBE EVOCATION. Modern, bright, and airy. The views of downtown LA and beyond were mesmerizing. Grab a table next to the windows and then get your ass up to raid the buffet. Speaking of buffet, the food counters were kept clean and stocked! Special shout out to the staff who were all very attentive and accommodating to my ridiculous request of sitting in the smaller dining area where they re-assigned someone to wait on us. THE PARKING AFFAIR. Parking is valet only. If you're staying at the hotel, overnight parking is $51. You can find cheaper parking near the hotel. THE RESERVATION DETERMINATION. Reservations are recommended, but we went on a Friday morning (about 9:45) in June and there was hardly anyone around. We may have missed the breakfast crowd. They do close from 10:30 - 11:30 AM to prepare for lunch, so make sure you get in before "changing of the guards." THE RETURN QUANDARY. I'd come back to try some of their menu items! I loved the vibe and the views too.
